Will you help with the planning?

Kelly handles the pre-planning and session consults as well as timeline prep for your wedding day. Expect to chat with her on the phone or via facetime to make sure we have all the details worked out.

How do we choose our final images?

All sessions receive preview galleries right to your inbox!

With the Compact Session, you can expect a preview gallery of approximately 25 fully edited images to choose from. For the Classic and Luxe sessions, you can expect a preview gallery of approximately 40 fully edited images to choose from.  

How many images do we receive from our wedding and are the images we receive edited?

An average all-day wedding will receive a gallery of 500 to 700 images. Yes, all images are edited.  If additional editing is requested i.e. removing an item from a cluttered hotel room etc. a fee will be charged.

How long does it take to get our images back after our session?

For most of the year, one to two weeks. During the fall season, it can take up to three weeks.

Do we receive a print release?

Yes! You will receive a print release with all purchased wall art and gift prints as well as full access to our online print store. Your session receives a personalized gallery with your images. You will also have access to our wall art designer.

Do we own the copyright?

No. Kelly and Craig Photography retain the copyright for images taken. The copyright is different from a print release, which you will receive on all purchased images.

Can we share our images on Social Media?

Yes! Please do! We love scrolling and seeing our work shared. We also love when you tag us and share your experience with us.  There is nothing better than growing a community of clients through word of mouth and social media sharing.  Many of our clients return year after year, milestone after milestone. Watching them grow through the years and having memories pop up on social media puts a big smile on our faces. 

Will you travel for my session/wedding? 

Yes, we will!

Travel fees will vary depending on the booking and location. Please let us know if travel is in the plans so we can plan accordingly.

How long before we receive our wedding gallery?

Four to six weeks.

How long is our Engagement session and how many images do we receive?

We typically spend 60 to 90 minutes with you and deliver approximately 30 images.

Is there a travel fee for Engagement sessions?

We live On the Jersey Coast if traveling more than an hour from our island there will be a travel fee.

What is the booking process?

Once you have decided on Kelly and Craig Photography, Kelly will reach out with a phone call or facetime appointment to gather the final details.  A contract will be prepared along with an invoice for your retainer fee. A signed contract and retainer fee officially hold your booking. There will be follow up communication to finalize your location, styling, and timeline (for weddings)

How do we sign the contract and pay?

You will receive all of the information needed via email, contract signing happens online.  Payments can be made online, cash and check are also accepted.

What happens if you get sick on our wedding day?

We do have backup plans in place. We are a Husband and Wife team so chances of both of us not being able to attend are slim. IF it does happen we have a great network of highly skilled professionals that we can call on if need be.
